Twenty (20) years of experience in academia, administration, human resources, organizational strategies and professional development. Prior to joining World Pac Paper, Toni held various clinical and leadership positions within academic institutions including the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Temple University Hospital and lastly at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine as Associate Dean. She has created educational curricula, developed and has run institutional operations and managed divisions within large organizations. Over the past 10 years she has developed meaningful printing, paper & packaging industry experience, along with insights in her time with World Pac/World Pac Paper in her previous roles as Administrative Director and Administrative Manager.
