Annual listing of the top 5000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States.  World Pac Paper ranked at #4219 on the Inc. 5000, placing for the 6^th consecutive year.  

World Pac Paper was ranked at #49 of the 100 Nation’s Largest Inner City Companies. This represents a 255.2% gross growth rate from 2009-2013.  This marked the company’s third consecutive time as an IC 100 company.

The Maryland/District of Columbia Minority Supplier Development Council (The Capital Council) Supplier of the Year award for Class 3 went to World Pac Paper, LLC as the winning supplier with annual sales between $10 million and $50 million Class 3. This award was the first award for World Pac Paper with its reciprocal Council, The Capital Council.

An annual listing of the fastest growing, privately held, companies in the 15 county tri-state region of Greater Cincinnati. World Pac Paper was welcomed back to the Fast 55 in 2013. This was the 3rd time World Pac Paper was honored to be among this group of fast growing companies. It placed at #34 of the 55.

The Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) and Fortune Magazine recognizes the 100 fastest-growing urban businesses in America, designating them as the Inner City (IC) 100.  World Pac Paper is #69.  The associated program, ICIC, spotlights and supports growing companies.  Inner City 100 successes have inspired political and business leaders, academics and the media.  The program has led to innovative investment programs, helped blaze a path for other inner city entrepreneurs, and provides enormous stimulus for change in local communities.  This marked World Pac Paper’s second consecutive time as an IC 100 company.

The Business Excellence Award represents companies performing consistently at high levels within P&G’s internal performance management system.  Seventy-three (73) external business partners who received this distinction represent only about 0.1% of P&G’s total global suppliers, more than 75,000 suppliers and 12 agencies.

Founded in April, 2010, on the premise that the Tristate’s strength as a thriving business center is built on the growth and success of its businesses, the Tristate Success Awards honors the most successful and consistent public and private companies based on employee and revenue growth.

P&G recognition of its top performing global external business partners, representing only about 0.1% of P&G’s global suppliers. The Business Excellence award was extended to only 86 external business partners from their more than 75,000 suppliers and 12 agencies.

The annual Small Business Excellence Awards honors the small business that has shaped the community, identifies future leaders and helps Cincinnati USA businesses and people get the recognition they deserve. Award criteria include company background information, customer information & customer service processes, leadership style & company culture, strategic planning and sustainability of the business and financial performance & information for the past 5 years.

Small Business Administration (SBA) Columbus District Office recognized World Pac Paper CEO, Edgar Smith, for his achievements as a small business owner.
